    Relaxing Spa Gulshan provides professional, non-sexual spa and massage services. All treatments are designed to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness. Our therapists are trained professionals, and we reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior.
  2. Appointments & Bookings:
    Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
    Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
    Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to accommodate the next client.
    We recommend advance booking to secure your preferred time and therapist.
  3. Pricing & Payments:
    Prices are clearly listed on our chart and may change without prior notice.
    Payments can be made in cash, card, or mobile wallet (as available).
    All fees must be paid in full at the time of service.
  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    Please provide at least 1 hour’s notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
  5. Health & Safety:
    Guests are responsible for informing therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before treatment.
    Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult a doctor if you have health concerns.
    We maintain strict hygiene standards, including fresh linens and sanitized rooms after every session.
  6. Code of Conduct:
    We provide professional, wellness-focused services only.
    Inappropriate requests or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.
